That really sound like a failure to communicate by the ACTUAL OT COMMUNITY in 
that area- maybe not so much the dowel counters of the land.....heck even then 
I dont see how that is duplicating services, look at it this way, counting 
dowel exercises with the upper extremity hardly seems like a duplication of 
most P.T.'s counting of theraband tied around ankle with extension 
exercises.....it is sooooo important to speak to the surgeons, docs, nurses, 
and administration and explain services, basically lobby and promote, when this 
isnt done and in this economy it doesnt take much for someone to read about 
services ad think we can eliminate this or that....PROMOTE, stand up and be 
heard, it wouldnt now be the time to point an internal finger and blame rather 
to raise an external voice and band together with and influence- my thoughts-
