I was wondering what kind of progress has been made towards a release, if any.
There's been some. Goal is to have an early developer's beta in the following months. It's hard to say when, MAPI is unpredictable ( too much is undocumented ). Currently, I am implementing what I believe are some final features for the basic message store. The transport provider is still a stub basically, so the CalDAV handling stuff needs to get done at some point. Feel free to pull the CVS tree and see what interests you. You will need MSVC.NET 2003, and I use XP and Outlook 2003. Right now, I would especially like protocol handling helper functions. SMTP, POP, IMAP. They're not compulsary for the first releases but would be nice to have.
