Sind alle perl-Module ordentlich installiert? Mach mal ein
./bin/otrs.checkModules
wenn du dich im Homeverzeichnis des OTRS Benutzers befindest. Was wird
da angezeigt?
Welches OTRS nutzt du? Auf welchem Betriebssystem?
