Hallo,
ich habe von OTRS 1.3 auf 2.01 upgedated. Alles funktioniert
wunderbar, vielen Dank an das ganze OTRS-Team. Lediglich ein Problem
trat auf: seit der Aktualisierung erhalten alle Agents wieder
2-stündlich eine Nachricht, dass für Tickets die Erinnerungszeit
erreicht wurde. Vorher hatte ich eingestellt, dass nur um 6 Uhr
werktags diese Mail verschickt wird (s. Auszug aus
/opt/otrs/kernel/config.pm weiter unten).
Gibt es eine neue Konfigurationsdatei für diese Funktion?
