Mit den beiden Parametern
$Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformInvolvedAgent'} = 1;
und
$Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformAgent'} = 1;
in deiner Kernel/Config.pm bekommst du beim Hinzufügen einer Notiz alle
Agents angezeigt und kannst auswählen, wer informiert werden soll.
