Sorry, bin Neu im OTRS...
Steht alles in der Doku (Pflichtlektüre)!
Entweder holst Du Dir die Standard-Konfig aus
grep -r ResponseFormat ~/Kernel/Config
und schreibst Deine Anpassung in ~/Kernel/Config.pm
oder die benutzt das WebGUI SysAdmin.
