ich habe vor bei uns im OTRS GPG-Support zu aktivieren. Dazu habe Ich einen Key als User www-data generiert und diesen auch in das Homeverzeichniss von www-data gelegt. Der Key ist nicht world-readable und funktioniert soweit einwandfrei. Wenn ich eine signierte Mail schicke, sagt mir das Webfrontend korrekt: Signiert: gpg: Signature made Wed May 24 23:51:00 2006 CEST using DSA key ID 3D77A6AB gpg:[..] Wenn ich nun eine verschluesselte Mail schicke, steht im Frontend: Verschlüsselt: gpg: encrypted with 2048-bit ELG-E key, ID 14F63372, created 2006-01-25 "C[..] ## no text/plain body => see attachment (text/plain) ## Wenn ich nun auf "Inhalt" des Tickets klicke, sehe ich nur 3 Attachments ( unknown 11 Bytes, encrypted.asc 1.8 KBytes, file-1 11 Bytes). Was ich interessant finde: Wenn ich die gpg-sub-id nehme (wie im howto beschrieben), geht leider noch weniger. Dann erhalte ich in der Ticketuebersicht folgenden Fehler: Software error: Can't call method "body" on an undefined value at ../..//Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm line 381. For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Habt ihr eine Idee wo ich zu debuggen ansetzen koennte? Ich hatte auch schon auf dem LinuxTag mit jemanden auf euren Stand gesprochen, jedoch wusste der auch ad-hoc nicht weiter.
