Ja, eine OTRS Schnittstelle kann über SOAP realisiert werden. Schau dir
hierzu mal ~otrs/scripts/rpc-example.pl an.
BTW: Damit das funktioniert, benötigst du noch das Perl-Modul
SOAP::Lite.
