interessante Frage. Kannte Zenoss bisher nicht und wollte OTRS ebenfalls von 2.1.6 auf 2.2.x mit ITIL erweitern. Wir müssten auch an die über 1.000 Geräte in OTRS händisch einpflegen. Was mich allerdings abschreckt, ist das manuelle anlegen und pflegen der CMDB. Ich habe gelesen, dass man mit dem Network Management Tool Zenoss mehr oder weniger automatisch eine CMDB erstellen kann. Meine Frage ist, ob es in OTRS möglich ist eine solche "externe" CMDB in OTRS einzubinden, und ob evtl jemand Erfahrung mit dieser oder einer ähnlichen Lösung hat. Ich wäre für jede Hilfe dankbar.
