Hallo,
ich würde gerne bei E-Mail-Antwort auf ein Ticket bestimmte To- und
Cc-Adressen raus filtern.
Beispiel:
Ticket kommt von [email protected] und ist an [email protected] gegangen.
Wenn ich das Ticket jetzt in die Support-Queue ([email protected])
verschiebe und Antworte sieht der Mailheader wie folgt aus:
To: [email protected]
Cc: [email protected]
From: [email protected]
Die Adresse [email protected] würde ich aber gerne entfernen. Geht das?
