ich glaube ich habe hier ein "Admin zu Dumm" Fehler. Ich bekomme ständig
Permission Denied in folgender Art:
"OTRS-otrs.PostMaster.pl-10[30749]:

Permission denied"
Folgendes Setup:
OS: Centos 5.5 aktueller Patchlevel
Otrs: 3.0.2 aus tarball
Installation: /opt/otrs-3.0.2 verlinkt nach /opt/otrs
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Nov 18 17:47 otrs -> otrs-3.0.2
Apache User: uid=48(apache) gid=48(apache) groups=48(apache)
Otrs User: uid=500(otrs) gid=501(otrs) groups=501(otrs),48(apache)
Nach der Installation otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs
- --web-user=apache --otrs-group=otrs --web-group=apache /opt/otrs
aufgerufen.
Dann habe ich folgende Permissions:
tmp/

Hin und wieder sind auch solche Files dabei:

Inzwischen hab ich schon einiges an Permissions ausprobiert, allerdings
hat keine Anpassung gefruchtet. Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, was es
sein könnte? Bzw. einfach mal steif und fest behaupten welche
Permissions korrekt sind?
