Hi,
we've got a weird Umlaut problem in Event Notifications. I've got 5
different event notifications, all with the subject "Ticket wurde
eröffnet".
One of them always sends an Email with "eroffnet" instead of
"eröffnet". This is strange, because even on db level the values of the
table notification_event are exactly the same (subject, charset (utf-8),
even create_by etc.)! I even re-wrote the Event Notification via web
frontend, no change. I have no clue why OTRS sometimes translates "ö" to
"o".
[Broken notification, NotificationItemOne]
| Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"
| Content-Disposition: inline
| Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
| MIME-Version: 1.0
| Subject: [Ticket#2011091930011226] Ticket wurde eroffnet: "** PROBLEM
| alert - TBKORION : Orion 2g Test,N/A is DOWN **"
[Good notification, NotificationItemTwo]
| Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"
| Content-Disposition: inline
| Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
| MIME-Version: 1.0
| Subject: [Ticket#2011091930011208] Ticket wurde
=?UTF-8?Q?er=C3=B6ffnet?=:
| "Lotus Notes does not work on ..."
db charset is also utf-8.
Search in WWW also does add nothing but confusion.
