seit unserem OTRS-Update über 3.1 auf 3.2.1 erhalten wir nun öfter
Fehler der Art vom "GenericAgent":

geben oder wenigstens einen Hinweis auf weitere Analysen?

Noch besser natürlich wäre eine Therapie?!
