Hallo Alex, also ich hab unser OTRS folgendermaßen aktualisiert: OTRS 2.4.9 - OTRS 3.0.10, - OTRS 3.1.11 auf OTRS 3.2.1 (Nicht jedes einzelne Patch installiert) Dabei bin ich nach der Anleitung aus dem OTRS Admin-Handbuch, Kapitel "Upgrade" vorgegangen.
Idealerweise hab ich das Ganze zuvor auf einer Testinstallation getestet.
