Hi, ja habs heute auch gesehen und den Fix aus http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8936 eingespielt. Hat wunderbar funktioniert danke! Die zeiten sind nun alle positiv.
Jetzt würde ich gerne auch den First Response tracken. Kann man dies auch auswerten, obwohl die Eskalation dafür in der Queue nicht konfiguriert ist?
