Hallo, in KIX4OTRS gibt es die Möglichkeit das zu konfigurieren. Einfach in der SysConfig nach "DisabledDynamicFields" suchen. In der KIX4OTRS-Doku (wird mit dem Paket ausgeliefert) ist beschrieben wie man das Ganze konfiguriert.
