Hallo OTRS-Community, ich bereite derzeit ein Upgrade vor und hab im Online Admin-Handbuch im Abschnitt "ACL - Access Control Lists" folgendes gelesen: >From OTRS 3.4.x 'Action' parameter is not longer a hash but an array reference and it can be used in any of the Change sections using any of the Modifiers.
Gibt es denn eine Version OTRS 3.4.x? Ich hab im Software-Archiv von OTRS zumindest keine finden können. Auszug: otrs-3.3.14.zip 2015-05-25 22:57 25M [ ] otrs-4.0.0.beta1.tar.bz2 2014-09-09 10:38 14M ...
