Thanks for the information. I assumed something similar, but I can't
seem to find where to create that association and I haven't been able to
find it in the docs either.
I've checked in the customer and customer user screens, service screen
and admin area but can't find where to do this.
Any pointer in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
