Hello Alvaro , yes, i am aware of that. But "Show all articles" are sometimes too many. (some tickets have between 200 and 400 Articles)
"Show one article" is to less. I am kind of getting old and sometimes do not remember what i wrote 3 Articles before :) The perfect goal would be: - "Show all articles" (if you want to look something up or search within the browser) - "Show one article" (compact, quick, fast, common usage) - "Show last 10 articles" (small, fast with a bit of history to look something up) After digging around i found: Ticket::Frontend::MaxArticlesZoomExpand Ticket::Frontend::MaxArticlesPerPage i wil play around with them and see if they help in daily business.
