No, here is what I'm doing - System email addresses management: otrs@localhost is set to invalid, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is set to valid. Auto response management: default reply is the only one set to valid for now, and the only one in auto response <-> queue for RMA queue. I then log in as a test user via customer.pl and create a ticket. the correct auto-reply is sent immediately after i create a ticket, but in the From: header it says OTRS System (otrs@localhost) instead of RMA ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Any ideas?

That's strange. This works for me. :-/

Maybe you mean "response"? So you have to set the from address for the queue!

(auto-responses are e. g. 'default reply', response are default answers shown
in the qeue view)
