No. Currently just one auto-replay for one queue.

"auto replay" -=> If a new ticket is created, send an auto replay.
"auto reply/new ticket" -=> If you changed the "Queue-Follow up Option" to
"new ticket" (means if a ticket is closed and the customer sends a follow up
the ticket will not be reopened, a new ticket will be created) and the customer
gets the "auto reply/new ticket" info (should be different from the normal
"auto replay").
