Hi all, I just installed otrs RC1 on my system. When I visit http://www.domain.com/otrs/index.pl I get a 500 server error. When I manually run <OTRSHOME>/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl I get the following error:
Can't locate object method "ArticleStorageInit" via package "Kernel::System::Ticket" (perhaps you forgot to load "Kernel::System::Ticket"?) at /home/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Ticket.pm line 96. Seems like a bug to me, but to be sure if I'm not the one to blaim here I like to know if there's someone who knows a solution to this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
