[otrs] More: RC1.0/Suse 8.1 Install Problem

Thanks very much for the quick reply. I don't think there is actually a problem. I did not realize, but I had installed an earlier version of OTRS when I installed SuSE. So just to make sure, I reinstalled SuSE (making sure OTRS was not installed), and installed RC1.0, and the problems went away.
