On a related note, I'm adding some custom funcionality to OTRS. Some of it might
of general interest (eg, search tickets by date). I'd like to know if there's
interest in getting them in the source tree and if there is, what criteria
should patches met to be accepted. Which mailing list/individual is appropiate
to discuss that?
