use *Hamburg* as search string.

For advanced viewing features, dive into
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm. double the appropriate parts in
your /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm to customize them. Do not edit
Defaults.pm directly.

If you do not find anyhting there, dive into
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/ and have a look at he files
there - they define the structure and layout of your GUI. You may even
define your own GUI settings to protect yourself from losing them while
upgrading.

Subject: [otrs] Searching for customers in phone-view

Is it possible to configure that the search should be looking for the
text not only at the beginning but also in the middle of the entry?

Example:
"900001-0001 Jon Doe, Hamburg" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I would like to search for "Hamburg" that is part of the customers
lastname.

Also, is it possible to configure that otrs should display not only id,
first_name, and last_name but also other DB-fields that I added
manually? (I know how to display them in zoom-view)

Lars
