I'm not sure, but I believe there is a syntax error on your .procmailrc: [...] # -- # Remove all X-OTRS Header (allow this only for trusted email) # e. g. from [EMAIL PROTECTED] # -- #:0 fhw : #* [EMAIL PROTECTED] #| grep -vi '^X-OTRS-' [...] That's bad. Add a # on the "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" line and try it again.
