Well, I can see the value of UserShowClosedTickets changing in customer_preferences as I set and reset 'Show closed tickets' via the customer Preferences page. Other changes, such as 'Shown Tickets' and 'Language' do take effect. Where should I be looking to try to track down where 'Closed Tickets' is going wrong for me? Now I've noticed another thing: if I restrict 'Shown Tickets' so that not all tickets are shown in one page, and then select the 'Show closed Tickets' link, I am unable to see the closed tickets that ought to be displayed in the second page. If I click on Site 2 after selecting 'Show closed Tickets' the total number of displayable tickets drops by the number of closed tickets. If I then click on 'Show closed Tickets' while viewing the second page I am returned to the first page displaying both open and closed tickets. I hope that makes some kind of sense.
