Has anyone had any luck setting the 'TicketDivider' config option (in 1.2.1)? I just browsed through the code and it didn't seem to be getting used in the right places ;) Is this option available in preparation for a future implementation?
I'm interested because I'd like to get around the Outlook auto-subject cleanup issue (this is mentioned in the user archives). In lieu of this option, what have other folks done? Or, is everyone just living with it?
