Are you sure that page isn't just cached in your browser? I have this 
problem using the Safari browser (which has some caching bugs; it's not 
an OTRS problem). Shift-Reload fixes it.

Check the time displayed in the top-right of the page to make sure your 
browser has a current copy of the page.
