At least it shouldn't be broken. Remember there are five different
Auto-Reply settings. What you're seeking for, is the first one, simply
called "auto reply". The type for this setting should therefore NOT be
"auto reply/new ticket" - this were the correct setting to send an
Auto-Reply to someone who has posted a follow-up.
