At current, we do not plan to heavily integrate statistical
functionalities in OTRS in the next release. Sorry, maybe later.

You needn't be. Search the lists archives for your wishes, you'll
certainly find some hooks at least. SQL is not that difficult nor is the
databse structure of OTRS. See:
