I set the CustomerID to the LDAP attribute 'o'. Even though LDAP allows
having multiple 'o' entries, OTRS does only recognize the first one
retrieved. So this would reuqire coding - as always, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a
good address to contact herefore.
