In this case (in your sepcial case). You could write an own PostMaster filter to do checks on incoming emails from mailer-daemon which use the unknown address to do lookups and moves all open emails with the same from address to an different queue. For demo filter see: http://cvs.otrs.org/viewcvs.cgi/otrs/Kernel/System/PostMaster/Filter/ For otrs modules see: http://dev.otrs.org/ -> Kernel::System::Ticket I hope this info helps you. > best regards, > Lisa > Lisa Shields > hyperWALLET Systems Inc > 302-750 West Pender St > Vancouver, BC Canada V6C 2T8 Martin Edenhofer -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Manage your communication! _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support oder Consulting fr Ihr OTRS System? => http://www.otrs.de/
