Answering to myself:
# state after pending
# (state after pending time has reached)
$Self->{StateAfterPending} = {
'pending auto close+' => 'closed successful',
'pending auto close-' => 'closed unsuccessful',
};

Subject: [otrs] Pending Auto-Close tickets
I must be doing something wrong.
First a quick question: What's the difference from pending auto close + and pending
auto close - ?
Every ticket we put on pending auto close +, after reaching the pending time, it
gerenates a email with the following error:
Subject: Cron <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> $HOME/bin/PendingJobs.pl >> /dev/null
X-Cron-Env: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
X-Cron-Env: <SHELL=/bin/sh>
X-Cron-Env: <HOME=/opt/otrs/>
X-Cron-Env: <PATH=/usr/bin:/bin>
X-Cron-Env: <LOGNAME=otrs>
ERROR: No StateAfterPending found for 'pending auto close +' in Kernel/Config.pm!
ERROR: No StateAfterPending found for 'pending auto close +' in Kernel/Config.pm!
What could be wrong ?
