Hi!
Your best bet is using the script created for this purpose, as there
are some
other directories that have special permisions. Take a look at point 7 of the
documentation at
"http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/install-cli.html#INSTALL-CLI-INSTALL";
It's important that you make this step carefully in order to avoid
problems later!!
