hi,
when a ticket is closed in otrs it is removed from the queue. the only way to see is through search option. my boss wants that a new queue should be created named closed and the closed tickects should move there on closure.
yes we need that too, now we just move the ticket there but its still open, not so nice. If there a solution to this it would be so great.
