Hi!

        If you choose a discrete user on the other group (say, "group2"), 
you'll also 
need to allow the "change_owner" permission. OTRS will move the ticket to the 
new 
queue (owned by "group2") and then change the owner to someone else you choosed 
from "group2". That's why you'll also need to allow "change_owner".
