Right, OK - thanks Christian. The "db" just means "go do what's in the db"
which is what we set up ourselves in the GUI.

Take a look at the GenricAgent settings in the admin area. There you can
setup tasks that are executed automaticly, for example closing tickets that
were moved into the spam queue, e.g. This tasks are stored in the DB and the
cronjob reads this settings and executes the tasks.
