No, graph option is working only for option ( Trace system
activities (Replacement of old bin/mkStats.pl), but when i try to generate for for
remaining two ( New created tickets for each queue in selected month) &
(Overview of the tickets in queue at the end of this month). i.e gives error
message:-

/opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/SystemStats.pm line 342.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]

date of the error.
It is giving error message , when format type is graph, for print format
it is working fine.

To add to this , how to select for diff queues, as we have no of
queues configured.
From this i meant, that i have so many queues for e.g, one is as
Software installation, Web, Hardware support & so on, then how these
queue will get reflected at graph option.
Well... you can't. All queues will be graphed in the same graph using different
colors. At least for v1.3.2. I don't know if v2.0 has any improvements in this area.
