We 4 agents using OTRS, and each of them have different Signature.
I can assign signature to different queue, but i would like to have
signature independent on the queue, but dependent on the agent name.
For example agent1 have signature1, agent2 have signature2, etc.

Can you be more specific?
I am using something similar and I was forced to use a new field in order to
define what I need specific for every operator.
