Still you can use a trick. The signature has to parts: - Agent dependent; - Agent independent.
For example mine looks like: -- dependent -- <OTRS_FIRST_NAME> <OTRS_LAST_NAME> <OTRS_DEPENDENT_SIGNATURE> -- independent -- Support Agent @ Company Email address: Web site: As long as <OTRS_FIRST_NAME> <OTRS_LAST_NAME> are defined into OTRS User area you just need to define a new variable and db field for <OTRS_DEPENDENT_SIGNATURE> Let me know if that helps Daniel.
