It seems that it's due to the fact that the View by default is the URL :
instead of
as in the Ticket Number shortcut ?
Any idea to add ViewAll by default ?

Objet : I don't see tickets in My QueuesHi,when I access on the home page of the system, My Queues is always empty (My Queues (0)) even if i have open tickets (Tickets : 2)Is it normal or do I have to change something ?Is it possible to see tickets directly on this page ?
