Hello, Is it possible to use the user defined ticket free text fields, such as "TicketFreeText1" in a response, similar to the use of "<OTRS_CUSTOMER_UserEmail>" ?
I have a ticket free text field in which I store IP addresses and I would like it to be included in the responses I send. I have tried different combinations of OTRS_TICKET_FREE, etc, but it does not seem to work. Any ideas ?
