Hi, I've got a question:
When I select some ticket from a queue, I get to the page with the one
message of the ticket thread.
But when ticket consists of several messages, I have to click on each line
to read all messages one by one.
Is there any way to see the whole ticket thread on one page and just to
scroll between messages?
