I've just gone from 2.1.5 to 2.1.6, and kept the following ..

Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm
Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm
Scripts/apache2-httpd.include.conf
Scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl
