I would love to see this too... however, in the meantime, it is not difficult
to design
a web form (using PHP or whatever...) that does a "post" to the OTRS page with
all required parameters to create a new ticket.
You can find info about this on the searchable mailing list archives.
I'm planning an a web page with a menu of new ticket forms... and adding a link
to that page from the OTRS footer...
