but it does not work on 8080 as well. when i try to start to exchange virtual server it says "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"
are you able to use outlook web access with OTRS? cause it only lets me install successfully when i stop the exchange virtual server.

TCP 25 is SMTP which is not an available port. So, no that wont work.Try 81 or 8080 (can't say for sure don't know what's on your system)... it has to be one that another process is NOT using.LQ

hii tried to change the port number. i changed it to TCP port number 25. is that ok? but i changed and tried to run the installer.pl . it does not work even then?? what do i do?
