Tim, Sorry but I was not talking about bug http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2156 which is already fixed as cvs CHANGES file mentions it.
I'm talking about a new case I found today : http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2239 which is affecting CustomerCompanySupport when using external backend DB. Could you tell me if you also have the same behaviour please ? It will be easy to test if you already have external backend db in place right now. Thanks. BR.
