Ok Thank You! That's it!
Either you can create there more Defintions for PriorityID-6 , 7 etc.. Or you 
simply use the old Priorities 1  to 5 and rename them.

Hi!

After Changing some Settings like Ticket Types, Poriority, Queue-Names etc 
the Colour of the Info-Box on the right Side changed from grey to blue. 
Thats now the case for all Priority levels.
I don't like that, how can i change it back!? Or how can i define to have a 
red backgroud for high Priority?
