Either you can create there more Defintions for PriorityID-6 , 7 etc..
To create new priorities, you must first create new priorities in the
database.
View the chapter "Modifying ticket priorities" in the documentation.

Hi!
After Changing some Settings like Ticket Types, Poriority, Queue-Names etc
the Colour of the Info-Box on the right Side changed from grey to blue.
Thats now the case for all Priority levels.
I don't like that, how can i change it back!? Or how can i define to have a
red backgroud for high Priority?
